[01] HOW I WORK

Classical, with AI. No vibe coding, no autopilot. I am the architect; the machine is a tool with a very expensive autocomplete problem.

[02] STANCE

The machine may suggest the path; I still hold the map and the knife.

Open tools, transparent paths, no lock-in. New models and tools are tested against the real workflow, not against the brochure.

[03] ORIGIN MACHINES

Commodore, Amiga, old screens, BASIC listings, file copies that felt like magic. The 40-column screen was enough if you cared enough about the problem.
